These are some photographs taken March 2010 of the Top Notch Cottage.  The cottage has 4 bedrooms, LR, DR, Recreational Room, Full Kitchen, Bar, 2 car garage,and a large Living Room area.  Facilities include seven Plasma TVs for your viewing convenience. WiFi, 3 fireplaces, and an enclosed yard for the kids.  The front entrance to the cottage is about 800ft from the North Entrance of the Greenbrier Hotel.  If you do not like to walk, a phone call brings the bus to the cottage to take you to the hotel, to the Golf Club, Museum or elsewhere on the Greenbrier campus.  Over the years, guests staying at the Top Notch have included Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower, General Wainwright, Bob Considine, and a host of others. At times it has been the summer residence of the president of the CSX railroad and the Greenbrier president.  Since 1981 it has been one of the fifty or so cottages available to guests.  It is completely serviced twice a day by the hotel staff including washing dishes, linen changes, beds turned down at night.  Time spent here was most enjoyable.
